This warranty covers replacement parts for latches, wheels, and handles for the duration of your case ownership from the date of purchase. However, please note that this warranty does not cover any structural issues that may arise due to misuse or neglect or accident.
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period: The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and extends for the duration of your case ownership.
Covered Components: This warranty covers replacement parts for latches, wheels, and handles in case of defects in material or workmanship.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any structural issues or damages caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
Claim Procedure: In the event that a covered component becomes defective within the warranty period, the purchaser must notify us by contacting our customer service department. The purchaser may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
Resolution: Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, we will determine, at our discretion, whether to repair or replace the defective component. We reserve the right to use new or refurbished parts for any replacement.
Shipping Costs: The purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the defective component and obtaining the replacement part.
Limitations: This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective components and does not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Modifications: Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.
Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Failure to Follow Maintenance Instructions: If the purchaser fails to follow the recommended maintenance instructions provided with the product, leading to the claimed defect or issue.
Failure to Notify Within Specified Timeframe: If the purchaser fails to notify us within a reasonable timeframe upon discovering the defect or issue, as stated in the warranty terms and conditions.
Acts of Nature or External Factors: If the claimed defect or issue is a result of acts of nature, accidents, fire, water damage, extreme temperature exposure, or any other external factors beyond our control.
